    Potenza RE040 is an ultra high performance summer tyre from Bridgestone. The tyre which has satisfied the challenging needs of the most demanding manufacturers in the world is fitted as Original Equipment (OE) in performance sports car and coupes. This includes Acura NSX, Nissan 350Z, BMW 3-Series, Audi TT, Lexus SC430 and Toyota MR2. Potenza RE040 prioritizes good road grip and offers predictable vehicle handling on both dry and wet weather. Very similar to all summer tyres, this Bridgestone can show its classy performance on wet and dry conditions but is not intended to be driven on snowy and icy roads. The special tread compound is moulded into directional tread pattern with larger tread blocks. The continuous centre rib ensures greater stability and responsive driving experience. The fabric cord body and hard rubber sidewall of Potenza RE040 offers precise steering response and outstanding cornering stability.
