Vredestein Ultrac Cento is designed in partnership with Giugiaro. Like most of the Vredestein tyres, the Ultrac Cento is a blend of aesthetics and technology. The tyre looks trendy and chic, designed in the Vredestein ideology of 'less is more'. The Ultrac Cento comes with SW-marking, indicative of the tyre's capacity to meet European standards for noise and wet grip from the year 2012. The tread is simple and clean. Four circumferential grooves provide the tyre the ability to resist aquaplaning and optimum wet traction. The grooves remove water swiftly, making good contact with the road. The tread compound is made of high silica and comprises of ten different rubbers. The tyre is PCA-free and thus rolls with very minimal noise. The tread pattern generates low heat and that makes the tyre effective with least rolling resistance. This guarantees good grip, performance and less wear. While the centre rib provides additional steering precision, the tread compound ensures excellent braking and handling. Vredestein Ultrac Cento excels on wet surfaces, accelerating better than many tyres of the same category. With even wear promised by shallow shoulders, you have a tyre that delivers durability, performance and comfort at the same time.
Vredestein Ultrac Cento is a high performance tyre made for dry and wet roads. A genuine pleasure to drive on, the Ultrac Cento is 20% lighter than the original Ultrac and also comes in Run Flat versions.
