How many cards can I buy?
Each purchase of a PNEUS ONLINE PRIME card automatically extends the duration of your subscription (1 purchase = 1 additional year). In the event of the purchase of several PNEUS ONLINE PRIME cards within the same year, the validity periods are added consecutively and the related services and warranties may be used from their date of purchase.

Can I cancel my purchase?
You always have a right to cancel, but if you use the card immediately, or if you expressly confirm that you want to use the card immediately, you will not be able to cancel afterwards. However, if none of the products you ordered when you purchased the card (tyres, rims, accessories, etc.) are available at the time of your order, you may request a refund of the Pneus Online Prime card.

How can I avoid renewing my "POP" card?
You can disable automatic renewal at any time from your customer account, but no later than one day before the expiry date.
A reminder will be sent to you between three months and one month before the renewal date.

How does the free tyre/rim warranty work?
The warranty covers up to four tyres or four rims for 12 months from the order date. Please note that you will need to add the warranty to your basket in order to benefit from it.
If you order more than four products, only the first four are covered. For subsequent products, an additional warranty may be purchased separately.
⚠️Card renewal does not extend the initial warranty, which remains limited to 12 months on the first four tyres or rims ordered.

If none of the products in your order are available, you can request a refund of your card, provided you have not used any other benefit (discount, delivery, warranty, etc.).

Free delivery with card applies only to orders of two or more tyres. If you order a single tyre or ship to the islands, a charge will apply, but shipping will be free of charge.
